Common questions
Where is my Glow data stored?
Only on your phone. Glow has no account and no servers, so we never receive your cycle, symptom, or mood data.
How do I delete my data?
Open Glow and go to Profile > Delete all my data. Uninstalling the app also removes everything it stored.
Are Glow's predictions medical advice?
No. Period, fertile window, and ovulation predictions are estimates calculated from what you enter. They must not be used as contraception or to diagnose any condition. Always speak to a qualified doctor about your health.
Why am I not getting reminders?
Check that notifications are allowed for Glow in your phone's settings, and that the reminder is switched on in Glow under Reminders.
